　　贵州电力女子合唱团自1998年成立以来，在贵州电力公司和贵州省音协、省合唱协会的关心和支持下，得到了贵州音乐界知名人士的精心指导和培育。2000年首次参加贵州省纪念毛泽东同志《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》发表60周年群众歌咏比赛中，获银奖第一名。2003年4月参加第四届中国昆明国际旅游节暨全国老年合唱大赛，获“高原明珠”金奖。2003年12月参加第五届中国（广州）老年合唱节，获“红棉”金奖。

　　Guizhou Electric Accommodation Women Chorus was set up in 1998. Since its establishment, it has been carefully constructed and directed by many famous musicians under the support of Guizhou electric accommodation Company, Guizhou Musical Association and Guizhou Chorus Association. In 2000, the chorus at its first time took part in the Competitions in memory of the article "Art speech in Yanan" of Chairman Mao Zedong, which has been published for 60 years, and it was awarded the silver medal. On April, 2003, the chorus won the golden prize "Plateau's Pearl" in Kunming International Tourism Festival and National Senior Citizen's Chorus Competition. It obtained the golden prize in 5th National Senior Citizen's Chorus Competition on December, 2003.
