　　或者这一转变正是从《Sexy Back》开始。这首单曲融合了摇滚、朋克的风格，还大量加入低音节拍和电子音乐。之前贾斯汀曾经接受《滚石》杂志采访，在说到当今乐坛时，他表现得忧心忡忡：“我意识到自己拥有一个平台去推动流行音乐的发展，这是我自己身上肩负的唯一责任，我将令时尚重新回归流行乐。”通过《Sexy Back》，他显然已经做到了“时尚回归”。

　　新单曲的MV特意到西班牙拍摄，这是贾斯汀自己决定的：“西班牙的风格全世界绝无仅有，正像我的音乐一样。”MV的拍摄也是贾斯汀说了算：“我对它很有信心，它看上去就像一部小电影，非常酷，如果你是女孩，你肯定很想看到那个Sexy Back。”
